Gross injustice

I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, former chief of staff to Vice President Cheney, was sentenced today to 30 months in prison and fined $250,000 for lying to investigators about his role in leaking the identity of an undercover CIA officer.

Bush should step in and fix this.

It will outrage the left, but why should he care?

I expect zero help from the President on this one.

And I would love to be wrong about this.

You are most likely correct, and that is another reason why I am losing my confidence in Bush.

This prosecution is so hard to believe it actually happened, especially with Bush as President.
