University of Borg caves in to Muslim pressure

(quoted from report by Mary Katharine Ham)

"Hillel had planned to screen "Obsession" during Judaism Awareness Week in November. The school stepped in after receiving complaints from Muslim students that the film negatively portrayed Islam."

My own comment = Now if the film had been anti-Christian, no problem at all. If the film had been anti-American, no problem at all. But Borg administrators cannot deal with a film that negatively portrays Islam.

I bought a copy of Obsession, and after I watched it, I gave it to our church who played it in it's entirety one evening to about 75 people that came.

Is it anti-Islam? Well, it consists almost entirely of actual video clips from Iranian and Palestinian television and their educational videos they show in classrooms.

It is narrated almost exclusively by Arabs and those of Muslim experience and expertise.

Is it hateful to America, and does it depict America as the Great Satan, and does it preach the destruction of America? Why yes it does. Is that anti-Islam? Only if they don't want us to know what Islam is all about.

Obsession should be aired on prime time with ample promotion. Every American should see it.
