Clantons deliver death blow to public financing

"Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York became the first candidate since the program began in 1976 to forgo public financing for both the primary and the general election because of the spending limits that come with the federal money."

- NY Times

Somewhat ironic that, after liberals told us that public financing was the answer to all our problems, it was a liberal that delivered the death blow.

Fine with me. Public financing was a liberals advantage anyway, since they have most of the media on their side.

Let's take off all restrictions and battle it out.

I am in favor of the "no restrictions" but the liberals are never going to agree to that.

Liberals always stack the rules in their favor.
