I spent most of Thursday afternoon hiking at South Mountain.
Hiked the West Loop, Pima Wash, and East Loop trails.
Saw doves, quail, and hummingbirds.
Saw jack rabbits and ground squirrels.
Saw a lizard, not sure what it was, it was not a spiny and it was not a whiptail.
Very few people on the trails, more people on the nearby golf course.
