Marvin Bizzelle, 68, a Milwaukee man who sat on the jury that convicted Georgia Thompson, stood firmly behind the decision to convict the civil servant.
"As far as I'm concerned - and I'm sure any other juror you talk to will tell you the same thing - she was guilty of manipulating the contract," Bizzelle said.
He added that he couldn't tell prosecutors how to proceed but said: "I would appeal. According to the evidence that was presented, she violated every rule, and that's why we found her guilty."
