The Freedom From Religion Foundation is placing "Praise Darwin" billboards in Whitehall, Ohio; Madison, Wis.; Grand Junction, Colo.; Dayton, Tenn.; and Dover, Pa.
The foundation is based in Madison and made up of agnostics and atheists opposed to government displays of religion.
