A good line, unless anyone cares about the best interests of the company, in which case, it would be better to trust a guy who would take the required but unpleasant action to lay someone off, rather than ignore that action to the detriment of all of the other company employees, customers and shareholders.
Me, I would rather have a leader who reminds me of a leader, and maybe a tough leader, and not someone who is instead all about feelings above results.
I think Huck should go back to pastoring, and render unto Ceasar what is Ceasars.
