Sentencing has been scheduled for Nov. 28 for a white squirrel hunter convicted last week of second-degree intentional homicide in the fatal shooting of a Hmong hunter.

I have to admit that I was completely wrong about this one.
I predicted the white guy would get off without even a slap on the wrist.
