BHO is an idiot, but he is also an optimist. According to a national poll, he was rated the presidential candidate of either party as the "most optimistic".
The Fox reporter commented, "I would have to agree with that, I mean the guy's name is Barak Hussein Obama, and he thinks he is going to be elected President of the United States."
